Detox Day One
Drinks counter; Water 2 litres
Green tea. 3 cups
Breakfast: Green Tea, Water, Banana, and Gluten Free Oats with Almond Milk
Snack: Green tea and 2x squares of 70% Dark chocolate
Lunch: Turkey and Quinoa Salad (mixed salad, tomato, cucumber, peppers, quinoa, grilled turkey pieces)
Tea: Chicken pizza (Minus Walnuts for Me and feta instead of Goats Chesse :D) 1 call spray worked veg and sweet potato wedges x
Chicken Pizza
Serves 2
Ingredients
• 2 chicken breasts
• 1 tube tomato puree
• 1 red pepper, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 50g goats cheese
• 8 Walnuts, crushed
Method
1. Butterfly- cut the chicken breasts and flatten out.
2. Thinly cover with tomato puree.
3. Sprinkle peppers and onions over the top.
4. Place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven for 15-20 mins.
5. Remove and sprinkle with goats cheese and walnuts.
6. Place back in oven for 5 minutes then serve.
Ingredients for Wedges
• 2 large sweet potatoes
• 1/2 tsp chilli powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tbs coconut oil, melted
Method
1. Slice up the sweet potatoes so they look like wedges.
2. Toss all ingredients into large bowl then place in a large baking tray in
oven at around 200-220 degrees C for 30-40 mins.
3. Serve alongside a bed of steamed greens.
