Detox day 3 2nd November 2013

Drinks; Water; 2litres 
Green tea; 3

Tip of the day; Eat plenty of vegetables they fill you up :)

Working today on day 2 of my 4 days on 4 days off 

Breakfast; free from Porridge made with unsweetened almond milk, glass of water and green tea :)


Lunch; quinoa & turkey salad 


Tea; Curry & Rice
